To whom this may concern, I bought a new truck in December, in mid February it went into the shop leaving me not truck to run my business with, the dealer has been of no help trying to get me something to drive to accommodate my work demand, it has been 4 weeks now and the dealer still doesnt know when the parts are going to be in let alone getting me back into my truck, I have not been able to do any work in weeks and Im completely disgusted with the service that Chevrolet had provided me at this point, I have even started a case number with corporate and that has been useless to this point, how much money do I have to spend to get taken care of? Apparently 75k wasnt enough to get any type of service

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Chevrolet Cons: Service i received when they were giving a loaner out, Will not accommodate for, Buisness.
