The service department lied to me about pricing to get my car fixed and completely overcharged me. I would never take my vehicle there and would recommend that Chevrolet do an audit of employees and the business.

Something shady is going on over there. I gave them the opportunity to remedy this, but they did not. They were just hiding things. When I spoke to the manager, he was unaware of my issues, which leads me to believe that the service managers knew they did things wrong and were hiding it.

You would think a dealership with the name Chevrolet would be more professional.
