1. CUSTOMER CARE PERSON ASSIGNED TO MY CASE CLAIMS SHE WAS ONLY ASSIGNED AFTER 30 DAYS OF MY FIRST COMPLAINT

MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS AT TRYING TO CONTACT HER FINALLY RESULTED IN HER CALL TO ME TELLING ME TO TAKE MY VEHICLE INTO THE DEALERSHP (FOURTH TIME IN OVER TWO YEARS) - WHICH I DID WITH NO RESOLUTION.

3. IT TOOK HER FIVE DAYS AND MANY OF MY COMPLAINTS TO RETURN MY CALLOF 10/14. DURING THIS CALL SHE PROMISSED THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME A RESOLUTION THIS PAST THURSDAY.

4. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM HER SINCE DESPITE LEAVING SEVERAL MESSAGES TO HER AND HER BOSS.

MY LAST CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE WAS ON 10/26 AND ONCE AGAIN THE PHONE OPERATOR COULD ONLY LEAVE A MESSAGE.

6. SINCE MY VEHICLE ISSUE INVOLVES PERIODIC WARNINGS THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE BRAKE SYSTEM, I HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO DRIVE THE CAR FOR OVER TEN DAYS FOR SAFETY REASONS.

User's recommendation: CUSTOMER CARE AT CHEVY IS UNRESPONSIVE AND DONT WASTE TIME INSTEAD GO RIGHT TO A LEGAL PROCESS.
