Got taken advantage of from Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale, Arizona

The stuck me in an older vehicle that was older than what I traded in and went from a SUV to a car which is smaller and had quite a bit of miles on it and everything and been told that if they couldnt get me approved on another vehicle that I wanted that they shouldve given me my one back and didnt and that they sold it when they couldnt get me approved on one that was the same year as the one I had and he only thing is it didnt have SiriusXM on me the one that I was trying to trade in for one that had it and it was the same year as the one that I had to begin with.

User's recommendation: Do go to Van Chevrolet because they will take advantage of you like they did with me.

Their favorite tactic is adding nonsense on the vehicles. Nitrogen for tires, Zaktek paint treatment, and way over priced tint. I can't find an honest Chevy dealer in the entire Phoenix valley that doesn't play these games.

Haven't heard from Chevrolet

I haven't heard from Chevrolet as of May 14th 2022, regarding my 2021 tahoe that is still at the dealership for a second time for a service engine light.

Air bag recall

my complaint is i had a recall for a 2007 silverado for a air bag. my light was on saying to service it,so i brought the truck in to BICAL AUTO MALL here in brooklyn ny.After 20min i was told that i would have to pay $195.00 just to have it diagnose why the light was still on...hello that why i'm here

Navigation

Contacting Chevrolet without talking to a robot. NO SD card with a 580000.00 truck. Been trying to find out if the SD card should have come with. Over a year to find this out. Should have been in the glove compartment. It was not. I have ISO, not RSO. So the truck should be able to have navigation without spending another $590. On star is no help. Nicholas

Why are you doing Charging Stations for EV’s????

Electricity is not Fossil Fuel! You do not need Charging Station to Charge your Electric Vehicles. I believe it is just GREED! I know 3 ways to charge your EVs as you Drive it. If I have Sparked your interest contact Me. Sparked ha ha get it. You have my info.

Failed water pump

I have received no response from GM about this issue. I had my vehicle repaired out of my pocket and will be submitting documentation by certified mail for reimbursement. If not paid I will turn over to an attorney.

Poor customer service

I dropped off my brand new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado high country on Wednesday may the 4th with a power steering brake issue-its now Sunday-if my truck is not ready in the morning by 10am cdt Im gonna through a fit-this truck only has 3000 miles and I feel my local dealership is jerking me around-I want me truck back asap-I didnt pay $71000 for a truck that my local dealership can just push me off to the side-I want my truck back tomorrow-or there will be issues beyond me sending you an email-my wife is livid

Repairs 2018 Chevy trax

I want to lodge a complaint about having to pay 2400 00 on a 2018 Chevy TRAX repair for a check engine light coming on This was the second time I had check engine light worked on within a 6 month period and that work cost me over 300.00

Difficulty getting a factory authorized upgrade applied to my car.

The issue has been completely resolved favorably. They just had a hard time catching up with me. (Phone tag for about 5 days)

Warranty question

The main coolant lines to my transmission are leaking. I believe they have been leaking for a couple of years although it was never discovered. It was discovered when I had the transmission fluid serviced. They said the lines need to be replaced but its not covered...

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox new and have been the sole owner/driver. Majority of maintenance and service work was performed by dealerships. I now have 105,000 and am told my transfer case needs replacing (after they replaced my wheel hubs) and they cant get the parts to fix it. My transfer case is the same one put in Equinoxes up to 2017. They offer no recourse and have no idea IF or when they can get parts. Auto manufacturers should have to have parts available for at least 10 years.

CHEVY CAMERO LT1 AC ACTUATOR IS A NIGHTMARE TO FIX 4000

4000 TO REPAIR A 50 DOLLAR PART - COMMON ISSUE - SHOULD BE A RECALL ITEM - THE PART IS APPROXIMATELY 50 DOLLARS AND DUE TO FAULTY DESIGN THE DASHBOARD HAS TO BE PULLED AND 3 DIFFERENT MECHANICS DO NOT WANT TO TOUCH IT. - THE DEALER WANTS $4,000 TO PULL THE DASHBOARD AND THEN FIX A 50 DOLLAR PART. I CANNOT REACH CHEVROLET CORPORATE AND AM TAKING THIS ISSUE UP WITH THE GOVERNMENT AT ALL.

fix the actuator on the ac as a recall for free. its a common problem and needs to be fixed without charging - it is a faulty design issue. 3 mechanics have declined to fix because it is extremely problematic. Also requires pulling the windshield
