Took way to much effort to get something that should have been taken care of a month ago

When our vehicle was written off we contacted Rick Hendricks Chevrolet Naples that we would be needing to get a refund on the warranties that we had paid for at purchase of the vehicle. From that moment on they avoided our calls and failed to return call when messages were left. It took us going in person and asking for the store manager to resolve the situation. Chevrolet customer service has yet to respond to our messages.

User's recommendation: Ensure if this happens to you that you go immediately to the dealership with the letter from GMFinacial that they have received the final payoff and request your refund.

Build-Price-Orde-Lue

The Chevy web site states, Build,Price,Order the vehicle you want. Thats a lie. Because when you take your order to the dealer. It sits in their system, never gets ordered or picked up by GM. So you you order a 2022 model, maybe you might see it in 2023. They say GM has the best ordering system, dont believe it. Its BS. For the price, lies, its not what I expected.

If gm is going to invest all this money to build trucks in Canada. Why can't they invest in car haulers to get our vehicles out of Canada when we order them.

Navigation

Contacting Chevrolet without talking to a robot. NO SD card with a 580000.00 truck. Been trying to find out if the SD card should have come with. Over a year to find this out. Should have been in the glove compartment. It was not. I have ISO, not RSO. So the truck should be able to have navigation without spending another $590. On star is no help. Nicholas

I have received no response from GM about this issue. I had my vehicle repaired out of my pocket and will be submitting documentation by certified mail for reimbursement. If not paid I will turn over to an attorney.

The main coolant lines to my transmission are leaking. I believe they have been leaking for a couple of years although it was never discovered. It was discovered when I had the transmission fluid serviced. They said the lines need to be replaced but its not covered...

Lousy tv commercials

My phone call was wonderful the girl was awesome the thing Im complaining about is the sad Chevy commercials youre playing in because its Covid and I dont do anything but stay home and watch TV Ive been watching a lot of commercials and your Silverado pick up truck commercials embarrassing as a truck owner that the best you guys can say about the truck as it has an extending tailgate oh you guys are sad sad sad sad commercial for got a step up the game I love my Chevy lace thank you so much and Im sorry again for taking up time

Corvette HTC will not work

Over 80 days in the shop! GM customer service does limited contact with me.

Offered an extended maintenance warranty for my inconvenience. I have driven over 850 miles back and forth to the dealership at countless hours. GM finally sent a new top and motors today. They also sent an engineer to help install it.

Headliner is damaged from all the removal and the dealer ordered a new one. We will see if it finally fixes the problem after 6 months!

I have posted my issue before and it is ongoing! I have ask GM customer service to replace my car with a new one! My 2021 Corvette HTC is in the shop for the fourth time because the top will not open and close. It may work 5-10 times and then crash when it closes. In the shop 22 days the first time 3 days 2nd time 32 days the 3rd time and I just took it back again. I have pages of service work and parts they have replaced and I have no idea if it is going to close. Mechanic has 40 years experience and has no idea what to do.

My 2010 Buick lacrosse keeps cutting off while driving. Very unsafe and dangerous. I've taken my car to Tire Kingdom and Pep Boys and neither one can find out the issue the SERVICE POWER STEERING comes up in the window of the dashboard. I'm now taking my car to the GM DEALER. This been going on for 3 weeks. I CAN NOT DRIVE MY CAR UNDER THESE CONDITIONS. ITS TOO DANGEROUS!!

Looking for a new truck

Trying to replace a loss Fob

Good morning! We have been royal customers for years you can check with Merit Chevrolet and Jeff's Belzer Chevrolet. We are trying to ask for a one time replacement for a lost Fob. We talked to Jeff's Belzer Chevrolet and were told it would cost close to $300.00 dollars. We are asking this one time to get a free replacement. We don't think this is unreasonable and think everyone should get one free Fob per customer and even think it should be covered in the warranty. Please we are only asking for a one time replacement. We have no why of tracking it and our Granddaughter could have put it anywhere. We hope you have a heart and will give us this one time deal. God Bless and stay healthy!!

I bought my Silverado brand new I drove it for ten years untill I hit a truck in the side pulling out from my driveway. I stopped and looked right and saw nothing coming . I pulled out still looking right . The next thing I knew I had hit A white work truck in the side . Totalling my truck . Thank God niether of us was hurt . I could no fiqure how I did not see that truck . I got a rental . It was a Silverado also . I pulled up to the same spot that I had wrecked and waited on a vehicle to come down the road , I saw one and kept looking right . The vehicle disapeared into a blind spot where the door post meets the windshield . I continued to watch the vehicle while I eased forward . It stayed invisable untill it was right on top of me . I had never experienced this before . I fear that this is a problem. That is going to get someone setiously injure.

Would Not Buy Again

I own a 2016 Chevy Colorado diesel. As so far it has been at Chevy repair shop for over 75 days, off and on. At one point in time it was at the Chevy dealership for 38 days straight, mostly waiting for the part to come in from the warehouse. I have taken the truck back to the dealership to fix the same problem at least five times. The biggest issue I am having with the truck is with the exhaust fluid system and the powertrain. They cause the exhaust fluid light and the check engine light to come on. Which causes the miles to count down before the engine shuts off, which means I cannot rely on the vehicle. I drive about 200 miles a day, I got the diesel version of this truck because of that. But I have had so many issues with the mid- size diesel truck and the exhaust fluid that I am ready to give it up.

I have a 2015 Colorado with the 3.6L V6 and it still gets pretty decent gas mileage. I put in a K&N air filter and have a catback exhaust and it runs way better than stock and shifts better too. The only problem I ever had with it was the Evap canister solenoid valve was stuck open at different times and had it fixed pretty quickly.

I just had a load of water in my spare tire area. By the way no hurricanes by me.
