Worst car company ever

First and last Chevy I ever owned is a 2018 Chevrolet Bolt, it would be a decent electric car, but constant issues with the car and dealing with Chevrolet makes it a nightmare.Stay

There was a recall on my vehicle that expired. Recalls should never expire ! It's a matter of safety! It's a recall for a reason and that reason has nothing to do with the consumer! Fix my vehicle!don'tdont

Air bag recall

my complaint is i had a recall for a 2007 silverado for a air bag. my light was on saying to service it,so i brought the truck in to BICAL AUTO MALL here in brooklyn ny.After 20min i was told that i would have to pay $195.00 just to have it diagnose why the light was still on...hello that why i'm here

Dissatisfied consumer

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox new and have been the sole owner/driver. Majority of maintenance and service work was performed by dealerships. I now have 105,000 and am told my transfer case needs replacing (after they replaced my wheel hubs) and they cant get the parts to fix it. My transfer case is the same one put in Equinoxes up to 2017. They offer no recourse and have no idea IF or when they can get parts. Auto manufacturers should have to have parts available for at least 10 years.

4000 TO REPAIR A 50 DOLLAR PART - COMMON ISSUE - SHOULD BE A RECALL ITEM - THE PART IS APPROXIMATELY 50 DOLLARS AND DUE TO FAULTY DESIGN THE DASHBOARD HAS TO BE PULLED AND 3 DIFFERENT MECHANICS DO NOT WANT TO TOUCH IT. - THE DEALER WANTS $4,000 TO PULL THE DASHBOARD AND THEN FIX A 50 DOLLAR PART. I CANNOT REACH CHEVROLET CORPORATE AND AM TAKING THIS ISSUE UP WITH THE GOVERNMENT AT ALL.

fix the actuator on the ac as a recall for free. its a common problem and needs to be fixed without charging - it is a faulty design issue. 3 mechanics have declined to fix because it is extremely problematic. Also requires pulling the windshield

I purchased a 2012 Traverse with a 139000 miles and the motor went out at 150000. Oil changes were done on time everything was kept up properly. Then it comes to my attention that this is very common with the Traverse. I like the vehicle hate the never ending expensive maintenance. Would not suggest this vehicle to anyone. Don't buy these they are a money pit. Thank you Dar D

Fighting over reimbursement for warranty reimbursement. 45,000 miles motor blew

Long story short. Stranded 5 days. Rental car to get home (750 Miles) . 2 weeks later returned to get 2019 Silverado. Won't reimburse any gas because don't have original receipts. Have credit card documentation showing pump purchase. Even though didn't get hotel 2 nights and only asked for 2 meals in 7 days having to fight for money. Sent letter to CEO and same response!!!

emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from them about my concern. I guess that I just don't buy any more general motor products even though that is all I have ever bought since I started driving.

Lack of response to email

sent an email to pissed consumer almost a week ago and still have not heard anything from chevy. My wife's 2011 equinox was taken in for service and I mentioned about the high oil usage and was told that there was a warranty extension on that to 7.5 years and 125,000 miles. I understand that we are past the 7.5 years but my wife's car has less then 81,000 miles on it. We have have the work done on the engine that they recommended to solve the oil problem but feel that some sort of reimbursement to help out with the 4800.00 cost of the repair would be appropriate. No response from chevy just leads me to believe that customers do not matter to them.

This is to bring it to your notice that i have tried all the possible ways to get the issue resolved for my vehicle but nothing useful has been done by the GM agencies ober here in UAE Finally with no other option left i am writing an email to GM Motors I have purchased a brand new chevy tahoe LT from al ghandi auto in dubai anf i am facing an issue with my infotenment system which is not resolved and the agency over here says they do not have a solution I cannot write the whole story on an email I dont know how seriously you guys take customers feedbacks or complaints Hope i have some resolution on my issue Your completely dissapointed customer

I will NEVER buy another Chevy product and warn all friends and relatives against them. We went in for the "fix" to our Bolt and can now only charge to 80% This was not enough to get us home from Eu

Our 2020 Chevy Bolt was recalled due to the very unlikely possibility of fire. We were told to go to the dealer for a "fix."The "fix" was to permanently limit charging to 80%.

We were able to go from 100% downward on our own. Now, we have no control.As a result we were unable to drive home without stopping from Eugene, OR after charging 3 hours at 220 volts. (Like a home charger.) Eugene is 106 miles from our home!Thus, we basically now have no car to go anywhere since range drops precipitously in the winter. We paid $44,000 for this car a year ago and it is basically worthless for any trip more than 50 miles now!Tired to call Chevy and all their lines are busy.

Dealer told me my our complaint was his second today.This is our second Bolt.

We bought a 2017, the first year they made it, and liked it so much we traded in for a 2020.Now, we are going to trade it in for a Ford Mustang as it has a range of 305 miles. And better, new batteries.

Disrespectful salesman and G.M.

The salesman left me a derogatory and inappropriate language voicemail. I wanted to buy the vehicle that they had, but after his treatment and the treatment of the General Manager, I wouldn't buy from them. Also, the salesmen doesn't need to treat potential customers the way he did and leave nasty voicemails. I want someone from Chevrolet to call me back. 810287****
