2018 Silverado w less than 12k miles. Transmission does not shift consistently or smoothly, the Brakes and suspension are noisy, no stopping power on steep hills. Noise in front end and leaf springs. Electrical wires unwrapped and visible inside drivers wheel, frame rusting, flaking. Appears this truck was assembled in between shifts from different CANADIANS! 46k dollars for garbage.

User's recommendation: Avoid Chevy trucks.

The Silverado is highly over-priced. Trade it in for some other brand---non GM.

2018 Suburban lemon

After attempting to make phone contact for 2 hours and 18 minutes today and now multiple attempts online, it is very clear to me that Chevrolet does not care about me or my vehicle issues! I have a 2018 Premier Suburban that last July 2020 I had to replace not front and back AC $1,500 while still making payments on my vehicle! Now, my vehicle is currently in the shop for a full transmission repair and battery over $5,000 while still making payments!!! This is completely unacceptable and coming from a family that has always bought Chevrolet Im beyond disappointed. With the current economic crisis, raising a family, I am beyond stressed, upset, and devastated!

Lack of contact

emailed customer service 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything from them about my concern. I guess that I just don't buy any more general motor products even though that is all I have ever bought since I started driving.

Rear window problems

Rear window shattered for no reason. I had to replace it out of pocket . Not a happy camper. Defective window should be responsibility of Chevy. Safelite tech told me they have replaced several rear windows for the same reason. Beware

Lack of response to email

sent an email to pissed consumer almost a week ago and still have not heard anything from chevy. My wife's 2011 equinox was taken in for service and I mentioned about the high oil usage and was told that there was a warranty extension on that to 7.5 years and 125,000 miles. I understand that we are past the 7.5 years but my wife's car has less then 81,000 miles on it. We have have the work done on the engine that they recommended to solve the oil problem but feel that some sort of reimbursement to help out with the 4800.00 cost of the repair would be appropriate. No response from chevy just leads me to believe that customers do not matter to them.

Our 2020 Chevy Bolt was recalled due to the very unlikely possibility of fire. We were told to go to the dealer for a "fix."The "fix" was to permanently limit charging to 80%.

Recall

I took my vehicle in to be serviced for a recall. 8am my car was there, at 6 pm I went to pick up my car because it hasnt been serviced but all the cars that came behind me had been serviced and gone. I believe they didnt service my car because it was a free service. This happened at Lou Bachrodt in Rockford Illinois. How am I to get the recall part done if they do it whenever they feel like it? I need my car and I know a toe link dont take 10 hrs to do. My car is a 2013 Chevy Malibu. I feel that is very Unprofessional of a Chevy dealer representing Chevy. But then again, it couldve been my skin color.

Terrible service

2021 Chevrolet 3500 dually diesel already had an exhaust manifold put on, been at the garage 3 times for using antifreeze. Joe Holland had my truck for almost 4 weeks to put a head on and after I get it back and start driving it again it is still using antifreeze. I am so frustrated with this new truck and the service I am getting its terrible. Also Joe Holland Chevrolet has to be the worst service department and customer relations that I have ever dealt with.

User's recommendation: Don’t buy at Joe Holland or maybe a Chevrolet.
