And now this freaking bot wants 5 Dollars from me f that I want my truck.
I'm hopeful the Chevrolet manufacturer will see and Agree again that it was a binding exchange. Maybe they unlike the agents down here make good and make me whole again. Oh feel free to look up the bill of sale threw the Otero county clerks office in n m it's public accessable
Let me ask you when things were accepted according to the laws if 2 men agree just verbally it is consummated, "man of his word", well my signature is all over every contract they gave me I was happy to the purchase agreement and still I don't have what I paid for or the instrument of conveyance.
I never got my tender back and it's been paid for. I went in with a negotiable instrument. The finance manager accepted, knowing his position and trust laws. I gave him the instructions, violating the general office for confidential contract agreements.
I also signed all 13 contracts of warranties and have all sales commitments. This is a tort claim from Austin Welch, the finance manager representative of your business or stock thereof.
He said he knew and congratulated me on my purchase, which was washed and filled with gas: a 2500 HD series with a 7-inch lift black crew cab. Contact # 456951.

Verified Reviewer |Brand new 2024 not a year old
Trading my 2018 Chevy Cruze for a 2024 Trailblazer in 2024. The Trailblazer's not even a year old; it has 9,989 miles.
In January, it started cutting off, saying the theft system. I continued to do that and contacted Rick Kendrick at Chevrolet. At the time, it kept cutting off. They never had a loaner car.
I made an appointment in March; they still didn't have a loaner car. So, on June 12, 2025, when it cut off, it never cut back on; it won't do anything. You can't even turn it on from the app start button. I cannot even get a tow.
Rick Hendrick gave me a 1-800 number.
I got messed around about that. They still haven't come to tow it, which has inconvenienced me.
User's recommendation: Don’t go out and buy no trailblazer cause it’s a recall on on the 2024 anyway it has to do with the theft system it’ll come across your screen

Verified Reviewer |Extremely Poor Service at JN Chevrolet
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with JN Chevrolet that I feel compelled to share. My vehicle was serviced on November 13, 2024, because the fan under the hood was running loudly and continued even after the car was turned off.
Additionally, the air conditioning wasnt functioning. After a diagnostic, I was told the engine coolant temperature sensor was the issue. I paid $845.61 and was assured that the problem was resolved.
However, less than a week later, the same issues returned, and I had difficulty starting the car. I brought it back on November 19, 2024, but after three days, I was told they couldnt find anything wrong and was instructed to pick it up on November 22.
To my dismay, the same problems reappeared immediately upon returning home, now with the engine light illuminated.
When I tried to address this in November, I was threatened with police involvement and told they would call my military chain of command, yet my vehicle's issues remained unresolved. This treatment was completely unacceptable.
On February 28, 2025, I contacted the service center again and encountered rudeness from a female service representative who informed me I couldn't receive my service invoice without a charge and claimed they had no control over the part that they put in my car, even if it was defective. This lack of accountability is troubling, especially since I paid for a service that did not resolve the issues.
Today, I had to go to another auto shop for the same problem and ended up paying for the repair again.
The new dealership confirmed they were addressing the exact issue that JN Chevrolet claimed to have fixed, which was discussed while the JN service representative was on the phone.
Overall, my experience at JN Chevrolet has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable service.
- No resolutions
- Very costly
- Horrible service
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified ReviewerMalfunction on my 2024 traverse
I'm having a malfunction with my new vehicle & think Chevy should compensate me for this issue. It doesn't have 6000 miles on it & I have to rely on other means.
I'm paying over 100,000 for this vehicle that was bought brand new & committed to paying you guys for. I could have bought an older none Chevy that wouldn't have done this. Please make this right.
I can show you what is going on with a video. When I turn the blinker on it makes ridiculously loud noise from the speakers.
Preferred solution: All the above now I have to spend money on other means of transportation for ever long I don't have the vehicle but still pay for this vehicle but can use it for what I bought it for "transportation"
User's recommendation: My recommendations will depend on how Chevy handles this issue

Verified Reviewer |I been Robbed Twice at Terry Labonte, and I want resolution
I took my vehicle to Terry Labonte, the same place of purchase. My car was jerking, and there were no symbol lights.
I was told by Matthew, the service advisor, that I needed a new transmission. 'Ok, do it; I have an extended warranty.' After going back and forth for two weeks between the service advisor and Drivesmart, you would think the service advisor would've said: 'Hey Mr. Douglas, come get your vehicle; this warranty company is responding correctly.' Nope, it went on. He then said they wanted to tear down my transmission to see what's going on.
He never gave me my permission. The car has been there since 12/2/2024 to the present 4/17/2025, costing $7,000, and the transmission isn't fixed.
User's recommendation: Buy New or Certified. Only get a Hendricks Automotive Warranty, best in the Country

They sent me what what my payments would be after I did a credit check and submitted photos. It took me 1.5hrs to get to dealership.
Once I spoke to someone the person that I was dealing with they did not honor the payments and came up with higher payments. This is what they sent me and told me that the person who came up with these numbers was learning.

Verified ReviewerRequest for Compensation Due to Premature Engine Failure – [2020, Chevy, Traverse LS]
Dear Chevrolet Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally express our deep disappointment and concern regarding the recent performance failure of our Chevrolet vehicle, which ultimately resulted in a $4,000 expense for a completely new engine and associated labor. This is not an outcome we anticipated, especially for a vehicle we purchased brand new with the expectation of long-term reliability.
We believed, based on our prior positive experiences with Chevrolet and other vehicles, that this car would last at least another five years, if not closer to fifteen.
What is particularly troubling is that this engine failure occurred at relatively low mileage. After speaking with other Chevrolet owners, we've learned that similar issues have occurred with this same model, seemingly linked to the Economy feature. It appears that this feature may be a common factor in these premature failures, which is extremely concerning and warrants further investigation.
Given the high cost of repairs and the financial strain of today's economic climate, we believe it is only fair and reasonable to request compensation or assistance in some form. This situation has placed an unexpected and unjust burden on our family, and we are hopeful that Chevrolet will take responsibility where it is due and work with us toward a resolution.
Please advise what steps can be taken to rectify this situation.
We look forward to your timely response.
Sincerely,
Monique Smith

Verified Reviewer |To express dissatisfaction with dealer
I bought a new 2025 Equinox EV from Bosak Chevrolet in Burns Harbor, IN. Took delivery in the evening when it was dark.
The next morning, I discovered transportation damage on the front bumper and a series of small dents by the handle on the driver's side passenger door. Took the car back and the salesperson assured me that they would repair the damage, (not just a touch-up fix with a brush, but she assured me that it would look like 'new'). However, she said that there was another customer ahead of me for repairs on their vehicle and that they would contact me when they could get the repairs done. After 2 weeks I went there and complained, but they said that there was still another customer ahead of me.
Then, on my way home, she texted me and asked me if I could bring the car in the next day. I did. However, when I went in to pick it up, I discovered a shoddy touch-up repair with a brush. After that, I took the car to another Chevrolet dealership, (Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Merrillville, IN), and got an estimate to have the repairs done properly.
I took the estimate in and showed it to the manager at Bosak Chevrolet in Burns Harbor, IN. He said that they would not pay to have the repairs done nor make any attempt to have the repairs done. And now he was denying that there was any damage to the vehicle when I bought it. I have bought several vehicles from this dealership in the past, 2014 Chevy Cruze VIN 1G1P75SZ4E711****, 2018 Chevy Cruze VIN 1G1BF5SM4J721****, and now a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV VIN 3GN7DLRP9SS183745.
The estimate for repairs at Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Merrillville, IN is for $1,642.34. I have been a loyal GM customer over the years and feel that my request to have the damages repaired should be satisfied.
Sincerely, George F. Sherwood
- Excellent vehicles
- Dealership may try to hide things from you
Preferred solution: Price reduction
User's recommendation: When you purchase a NEW vehicle, don't necessarily expect it to be "like new". Inspect the vehicle THOROUGHLY for any damages. SOME dealers may try to sell you a damaged vehicle without revealing to you that it has been damaged.

Verified Reviewer |Owner’s Manual
New recent model cars, currently do not come with a full Owners Manual. The info is all available online via a link that is provided on the summary version of a manual.
If you wish to have a hard copy of the complete, detailed manual, you need to purchase it.
This is inconvenient and unacceptable especially for older people, senior citizens and anyone who doesnt have a computer or isnt a savvy and frequent user of iPads, cell phones and computers.
Manuals should be available and offered at the time the vehicle is purchased and driven away from the dealer. The electronics in new vehicles is daunting.

Verified Reviewer |Terrible Customer service
I bought a used Tahoe at stone briar Chevrolet and agreed to a monthly payment price and signed all mountain of paperwork only to have the agreed upon price increased by nearly $100. I was pretty upset about it, but the finance person offered to give me an extended 1-year warranty to offset the blow of the unwarranted price hike.
Now that I need information on the warranty details. I keep getting the run around. I keep getting transferred over and over and hung up on. This is ridiculous and customers should never be treated this way.
I always owned Chevrolets, but now I see what customer loyalty is worth. I will never buy from stone briar Chevrolet again and will tell all who will listen of my terrible experience with them.

Verified Reviewer |Cruz Sunshade #4257****
I purchased subject product on July 1, 2020 at $100. As of May of 2025, it has warped and not very useful.
I live in Richmond, VA and the sunshade gets used no more than 4 months per year. It is carefully folded and stored in the bag, in the vehicle trunk, for the remainder of the year.
What is the expected life of this product?
It is very thick and sturdy, so I'm surprised I'm having problems with it's performance in less than 5 years.
Thank you,

Verified Reviewer |Warranty is pointless Chevy stopped caring about quality
I've always bought Chevy, but they have no quality anymore. Why buy a new car under warranty if they won't do anything for weeks?
Plus, no one wants to buy a new car that already has service lights at 20,000 miles. The Trax definitely is looking like a lemon.

This is a true review of my experience.
I've purchased a lot of cars in my 70 years on this Earth, but this was the worst experience ever. Nothing but excuse after excuse. Let's start from Day one when I called to check on the availability of the vehicle I was interested in. They told me it was in the detail department and would call me when ready. Two hours later is when all went South. They called, said car was ready, so I called my wife to ride with me to look at the car, 2hrs and 45 minutes there.
Drove up to the dealership parking lot, went in and introduced myself. They said they would bring it around for me to drive. Boy, was I in for a surprise. The car was not detailed, needed tires, and had about nine other problems. I drove the vehicle, came back, told them about what I had found.
They told me that they could get those problems repaired in about 3 days. We worked at a price that we both agreed on for them to repair the problems and deliver the car to me in South Carolina. This was December 17, 2024.
The reason for them to deliver it before the end of the year was that I was to have life-changing surgery.
Didn't hear a word from them in over 5 days. I called and left messages for all of the managers to call me back(Mr. Melton, Mr. Pugh, Mr. Grant.) Not one of them called me about the car I paid for that day. The only thing I got was a Bill of Sale. They said they would overnight the title to me, but that never happened. I had a signed agreement for these repairs to be done. After about 22 days and about 11 calls trying to find out what was going on, Salesman Campbell called and told me the car wasn't ready. I told him I was coming the next day to get the car. Drove back up there to get a car I paid for in full 22 days later!
Poor detail on the car, maybe just washed it.
None of the repairs were done, just excuses.
I know this is a lot in this review, but this is only half of the story.
Had to wait over 2hrs in the dealership to get my car (all kinds of excuses) that day.
By the way, the paperwork for the car that they were going to take care of was handed to me in a folder. (Remember this was supposed to be sent to me two weeks earlier)
Had to get my own title, insurance, tags, taxes myself, but they charged me $799.00 to do that work.
I could go on and on about my experience.
But take my advice from a 70-year-old veteran.
Please don't let this dealership take advantage of anyone else.
Car deal born 12-17-2024.
Remember I'm two hours forty-five minutes away. Should have not been treated this way.
They still owe me $400.00 for items I didn't get (I have written statements for this amount).
Now it's January 31, 2025.
User's recommendation: Took A 70 year Old Veteran for $400.00

Verified Reviewer |2500HD GMC 2019- Defective injectors
Could someone please contact me regarding the defective injectors in my 2019 ****HD Duramax GMC? I purchased this vehicle with 50 miles on it.
During the last 3 years, I will be driving down the road and an injector will go out. While I understand at times things happen, this is ridiculous. I paid a lot of money to ensure I was getting a reliable truck. I am 62 years old and do not drive it hard, nor have I towed anything.
I am very disappointed that, per a certified GM mechanic, injectors not working are a known problem, yet there is no recall or anything from the corporate level to acknowledge the known issue. Being a registered nurse in the emergency department, I am depended on to be at work. Calling out because my truck is not running is not an option. The dealership I purchased this truck from doesn't even have a loaner car available.
I'm not asking for an apology; rather, I want an answer to the reason that 4 known injectors are subject to going out and nothing is being done to correct or fix it. It is very frustrating that I have to foot the bill and take off work for a known problem.

Verified ReviewerA displeased Corvette buyer
Not yet resolved, and my Corvette still not repaired, after 1 month, 2 days sitting at the dealership awaiting its new transmission. I shall inform you when this sorry situation is, finally, fully resolved.
Two weeks ago yesterday, my 'reverse' failed to engage. Luckily, I was able to get my wife and me home safely in 'drive,' albeit with the car jerking shakily. My dealer tells me the new transmission arrived today, but that it will be another 'week or two' before they will have the car ready for me—hence, a full month without the car. This daunting experience with such an expensive and 'upscale' car has made me reconsider my plan to purchase a new 'C9' when they come out.
I'm just 'venting' here, but wanted to convey my displeasure.
