2018 Silverado w less than 12k miles. Transmission does not shift consistently or smoothly, the Brakes and suspension are noisy, no stopping power on steep hills. Noise in front end and leaf springs. Electrical wires unwrapped and visible inside drivers wheel, frame rusting, flaking. Appears this truck was assembled in between shifts from different CANADIANS! 46k dollars for garbage.

User's recommendation: Avoid Chevy trucks.

The Silverado is highly over-priced. Trade it in for some other brand---non GM.

Airbag problem

Airbag light is on the vehicle is at the dealership. They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks and cant tell me when it will be fixed!Then they tell me they have no loaner vehicles so now Im without a truck

Cargo mat

My wife and I recently bought the Trailblazer. We also purchased cargo mat for it. It does not fit properly. Is Chevrolet going to make a fix to this problem??

Bad car. I think it will cause my death. Keeps on running me off the road.

ive treid and tried to get my car fixed, but it never is. I think this car is a leman and no one will do I think this car will eventually cause my death and no one will be anything about it.

Poor service. Charged for parts I didn't need.

I haven't heard from GM. Got my car back today. It was ready Friday but nobody called me. I had to call them at 1pm Today, 7/26 to find out. Pitiful customer service. The air is working. Another $694. GM doesnt care about their customers obviously. I've owned 3 Camaro's and 3 Monte Carlo SS. If nothing is resolved then I will contact the Better Business Bureau. This is the worst car experience I've ever had. If they don't fix it right then you have to wait 7-10 for another appointment and they keep your money they charged you for work you didn't need. Crooks!Social media will here about this.

Poor service, charged for parts I didn't need.

No I haven't heard from General Motors. I picked up my car today. The air is working for now. It was ready Friday but no one called me. They opened at 7 today and I had to call them at 1pm and they said it was ready. Very poor service. Cost me another $694. I don't think GMor Bachman Chevrolet care about their customers. My family is a Chevrolet family. It's a shame you get that kind of poor service. I've owned 3 Camaro's and 3 Monte Carlo SS. I should be refunded my $1448 for work and parts I didn't need. I will notify the better business Bureau of I don't get anything resolved.

2021 Chevrolet Silverado

Hi my name is Darrick Jones I recently purchased a 2021 Silverado. I have now had to put the truck in the shop twice for lifter failure. The Silverado currently has 6700 miles on it. I am a combat veteran who served during the Gulf War. This truck has really put me in a depressed mood that Ive had to seek counseling for. I appreciate the loaner vehicle but its not mine. Whenever it gets out of the shop Im to nervous to drive it out of town in fear that it will break down with my family and leave us stranded like it did in town and have to wait in the scorching heat for a tow truck to pick us up. Can you please replace the current motor with a new motor or replace the truck?

Multi recalls and continued problems unresolved

We own multiple Chevrolet vehicles, and have had literally dozens of them over the years. Our 2021 Tahoe high country has been nothing but problems and continues recalls. The power running boards work intermittently and dealers can't correct this problem. My wife who drives this vehicle has about had it with the car. It has 13000 miles on it, and she wants me to trade it despite loving the car if it were a typical Chevrolet we've enjoyed year after year. Bottom line is, we're looking long and hard at the ford line. This is just wrong to spend $80,000 on a vehicle and have these problems. My

Customer complaint

Absolutely, when I dropped it off they said they will look at it the next week. Here it is 2 weeks even after that and my truck is still in front of the dealership, not even looked at and i can not get a tental because i dont have a diagnosis. Beyond pissed and done with Chevy.

Having problem getting our new truck that already did paper Wirk

Bought new truck did all paper work getting ready to take home they said had to wait 1 to 2 days said a part was messing . My husband called on what the delay they said this time it was messing some sticker and still waiting to get our truck . Monday will be 2 weeks. No one has up dated what going on . Bad service . They could at lease let know what happening
