Let me ask you when things were accepted according to the laws if 2 men agree just verbally it is consummated, "man of his word", well my signature is all over every contract they gave me I was happy to the purchase agreement and still I don't have what I paid for or the instrument of conveyance.
I never got my tender back and it's been paid for. I went in with a negotiable instrument. The finance manager accepted, knowing his position and trust laws. I gave him the instructions, violating the general office for confidential contract agreements.
I also signed all 13 contracts of warranties and have all sales commitments. This is a tort claim from Austin Welch, the finance manager representative of your business or stock thereof.

I bought a brand new Chevrolet in 2018, a Silverado four-wheel drive. My mechanic said that it will not pass inspection this coming October because the rockers on both sides of the truck are rusted to *** I will never purchase another Chevy truck.
Eight years old and will not pass inspection! This is one of the biggest rip-offs I have ever been through.
Very upset with the quality of steel the manufacturer uses. This should be against the law!

We own a 2022 Silverado with 36,000 miles. The engine went bad.
We brought it in for warranty repair to [PERSON_NAME] Chevrolet in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]They told us it met the warranty specifications. Upon removing the engine the dealership told us the engine was not going to be covered under warranty. This after the whole truck was tore apart.
They said we owe $1800 to this point. And another $4800 in labor alone just to re install an engine that would cost an additional amount.
No communication was given that this may not be covered or that we would have a bill.
We have paid $1800 to get our truck returned in pieces with no engine and still need to replace it ourselves.

Radio is very cheap grade, sound is horrible, hard to navigate control settings, backup camera can't hear beep when air conditioning is on, no safety there, only beeps once or vibrates, lots of road noise. I should have kept my 2023 Chevy; quality has gone downhill. I will not buy Chevy again.

I dont know how I got into that number? But, anyway, I was going to ask you ,!if you would email to me a$500 authorization codes ( that was a choice between that $500 vouchers or ccodes for the public charging, or $2000 for home charges, installed, and I didnt get either).

This vehicle is a 2023 Trailblazer truck, and after 3 years of use, it is showing a check engine light saying the engine has low power. I took it back to the dealer, and after checking it, they said the turbo engine is bad and needs to be replaced. I would like to know if a problem with the turbo was due to the manufacturer's design.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. The items that were not on the vehicle at time of purchase have now been added. Simply check your product and your paperwork carefully this is a good company they will come around and make things right or something happens.
Yes, I was ready to expedite my trip back to the Tampa area, which by the way took me more than 9 hours because of traffic. But the dealership and Danny the salesperson pretty much just gave me the bums Rush. I did not even get to see my truck until they were ready to shove me off the lot. I don't care what they say that is the truth.
When I did not want to buy all of their extra warranties and so forth, they basically wanted to run me out the door. My vehicle was not detailed as stated by the salesperson Danny, dirt and grease on the inside and the outside of the vehicle. Grease on the carpet inside the vehicle. The vehicle still had patches of that white sticky film they put on to transport vehicles with.
These things are not just made up I have pictures of every single thing I'm talking about here, everything! The wheel locks that they told me could not be taken off because they were pre-installed at the dealership did not even exist on the vehicle. They charged me over $1,700 for things that weren't even on the truck. And to keep me from discovering these things they ran me out the door and down the road.
I never really leave reviews but because I showed up in a pair of shorts and a t-shirt I wore because of my long trip, they looked at me like I was dirt and wanted to brush the dirt off as soon as possible, I thought I should leave one this time. The sales manager gave the okie doke that all was well which it was not, corporate Autonation gave the okie doke that all is well and it was not. No one is returning my calls, everyone has basically stopped talking to me, hoping I just go away... If you do any research whatsoever you will see this is an actual standard practice for AutoNation around the country they have been sued because of it.
They're counting on the little guy just crawling back under his rock. AutoNation and AutoNation in Coral gables, they are thieves, they are liars. They stole from me they overcharged me they lied to me and then stoped communicating with me once that they could drain no more of my blood. What does that sound like to you?
When the dealership and corporate are in cahoots together, there is not a win for the purchaser of a vehicle. I am disgusted and I am ashamed. They took advantage of me because I lived far away and wanted to get back home in the one day that I had taken off of my job to go there. I have all the emails, I have all the text messages, I have all of the communications that we're going on before they stop communicating.
AutoNation Coral gables left a very bad nasty bitter taste in my mouth and a scar my soul... I am very very unhappy and it looks like I will be able to do nothing about it...

Do not get Chevrolet Tire and Wheel Protection offered by the Chevrolet Dealer from a Company called SAFE-GUARD PRODUCTS INTERNATIONAL, LLC! If you file a claim for a damaged tire with a chunk missing out of the sidewall, they will tell you that this tire is safe to drive on and that your claim is denied, this is what they consider safe to be out on the road with many other peoples lives in danger!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with JN Chevrolet that I feel compelled to share. My vehicle was serviced on November 13, 2024, because the fan under the hood was running loudly and continued even after the car was turned off.
Additionally, the air conditioning wasnt functioning. After a diagnostic, I was told the engine coolant temperature sensor was the issue. I paid $845.61 and was assured that the problem was resolved.
However, less than a week later, the same issues returned, and I had difficulty starting the car. I brought it back on November 19, 2024, but after three days, I was told they couldnt find anything wrong and was instructed to pick it up on November 22.
To my dismay, the same problems reappeared immediately upon returning home, now with the engine light illuminated.
When I tried to address this in November, I was threatened with police involvement and told they would call my military chain of command, yet my vehicle's issues remained unresolved. This treatment was completely unacceptable.
On February 28, 2025, I contacted the service center again and encountered rudeness from a female service representative who informed me I couldn't receive my service invoice without a charge and claimed they had no control over the part that they put in my car, even if it was defective. This lack of accountability is troubling, especially since I paid for a service that did not resolve the issues.
Today, I had to go to another auto shop for the same problem and ended up paying for the repair again.
The new dealership confirmed they were addressing the exact issue that JN Chevrolet claimed to have fixed, which was discussed while the JN service representative was on the phone.
Overall, my experience at JN Chevrolet has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking reliable service.

Had a problem with a message telling me to check the charging system; the engine can stall. I took it to David Chevrolet and had to leave the vehicle.
They said it might be the alternator. They had it for a couple of hours and did nothing. They said they contacted GM and they told me to drive the vehicle. The same message has come on different times since then.
I only have 4,600 miles on the vehicle and I'm afraid to drive it; I'm afraid it might stall. If it cannot be fixed, I want a refund.

I bought a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Equinox Activ (0 km) in Brazil, and its been a nightmare due to poor quality and unavailable parts. From the factory, the OnStar module and front camera were not working, and Im still waiting the parts to fix itwith ETA of over three months.
To make matters worse, the battery completely discharged in the first week. The dealer recharged it and claimed it was fine, but two weeks later, it discharged again. Now, there are no replacement batteries available in Brazil, leaving my new car stuck in the garage, unusable.
This is unacceptable for a new vehicle, especially one sold globally. These ongoing issues with electrical systems, missing features, and a complete lack of parts raise serious concerns about the Equinox Activs reliability and Chevrolets supply chain.
Chevrolet/GM needs to address these quality failures and parts shortages urgently.
