I have received no response from GM about this issue. I had my vehicle repaired out of my pocket and will be submitting documentation by certified mail for reimbursement. If not paid I will turn over to an attorney.

I have a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado LTZ Crew Cab truck. This truck only has 39814 miles on it.
I camr home from work last night noticing when I first started up it has a sound like a bad bearing. Upon parking the truck in my driveway i noticed a fluid stream in my path. I opened the hood and sure enough the water has failed, leaking dex cool from the weep hole in the bottom. Yes the warranty has ran out but give me a break.
A GM waterpump that can last but 39000 miles is ridiculous. GM/ Chevrolet should cover this repair for me, that just good business for the low miles and the fact all preventative maintenence has been done at Champion Chevrolet in Johnson City,TN
My VIN #3GCUKSEC7JG304921
I want answers and the courtesy of repairing this for me.
User's recommendation: Take an extended warranty so you are not where I am at.
Preferred solution: Replacement of water pump by a Chevrolet dealer at no cost to me..
Location: Johnson City, Tennessee
