Bad windsheild

I bought a 2016 Impala from Longhorn gm Waterford Mi. I noticed a 1 inch scratch on the way home from Dealer didn't think much about it Within a month it sread all the way down I in the sun I noticed someone had heated that area I contacted dealer salesman told sorry nothing they could do And he had been in that car and never noticed anything really made me mad same as sayuing I'm lyeing I called Gm and the lady said take it back to dealer so I did and was told nothing can be done I pointed out the multiple small stress marks at the top of windsheild not stone chips and was told sorry I'm 57 years old and have driven alot of gm cars threw the years Is this the direction Gm is heading? I manage a large orthopedic co. and customers are what make our company thrive allways make sure customers are satisfied and am really dissapointed in the way this is being handled Time for a new car for wife Will thinl long and hard about what kind of car we buy next If your Corp. is still the same one I have allways been happy with someone contact me Regards Lance Timms work phone 248-588-**** ask to be transfered to Lance

Chevrolet Pulls Rug Out From Under Buyers

Yesterday afternoon I approved a deal on a new 2016 SS at Young Chevrolet in Dallas TX. The deal included 20% off MSRP from Chevy. Today I show up to sign the finance paperwork & pick up the car and the Sales Manager tells me Chevrolet issued a Do Not Deliver order on all SS vehicles because of some problem with a seat belt cable. Part availability ... who knows when? But he cannot sell the vehicle until the parts are made available and installed. He shows me the e-mail, dated today at 11:10 a.m. I'm standing there, looking at my dream car literally just outside the window while he's telling me this. I have financing in hand from my lender and a signed deal sheet, but Chevrolet won't allow him to sell me the car. Then he tells me the 20% off expires 7/8/16 (tomorrow) and after that I will probably miss out on the 20% off unless Chevrolet makes an exception. Well Chevrolet, are you going to extend the offer? I'm here. Right now, wanting to take delivery .... Chevrolet?

Trouble Returning Leased Camaro

When I tried to return my leased Camaro at Henderson Chevrolet, I was told that I had to come back 3 days later. I told them that if I did that, I would be late and have to pay a late fee. They not only didn't care, when I asked for a manager to resolve the issue, he started yelling at me. The manager did not offer a solution to the problem, and acted as if he couldn't fill out the one page form that was necessary for a Lease return. He even confronted me in a hostile manner. Very unprofessional. I ended up going across the street to a Cadillac dealer, found the nearest salesman, and he filled out the form in 2 minutes. This occurred on June 10, 2016 at 4:30 pm.

LAST YEAR MY CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE. I HAD CONTACTED CHEVY TO TELL THEM OF THE PROBLEM I HAD (IN SHORT-CAR HAD TICKING NOISE IN DASH BOARD. WENT SHOPPING CAME HOME-CAR ALARM WENT OFF-WENT TO LOOK WHY-CAR ON FIRE DRIVER SIDE DASHBOARD) WANTED CHEVY TO WARN PEOPLE OF THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE DOORS LOCKED IF I WAS IN CAR I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET OUT- DID NOT WANT TO SEE THIS HAPPEN TO ANYONE. AND CHEVY WAS NOT INTERESTED IN MY PROBLEM I WAS TOLD YOUR INSURANCE WILL HANDLE IT OR WE WILL - BUT COULDN'T TELL ME TIME WOULD TAKE IF THEY HANDLED IT

MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF PROBLEM SO NO ONE GETS HURT. OFFER ME SOMETHING TO RECOVER MONEY I PUT OUT. BECAUSE PROPER MAINTENANCE WAS DONE AND CAR WAS KEPT IN IMMACULATE CONDITION. PLANNED ON HAVING CAR FOR LONG RUN I DID NOT CAUSE PROBLEM
