We has an incident in Ruston, La returning to our home in Sulphur, La from Arkansas. We stopped at a convience store and when we came back out to start it, the key fob would not start the car.

We called the dealership in Ruston, they hauled it in and said they didn't know what as wrong but they had to order new key fobs and reprogram them. It was still under warranty, so we were not out any expense except the hotel we had to stay for a couple of days. About 6 months after that, it was in our driveway and it would not start again. They told us to do a few things to get it stared again.

something like to let it rest then turn it on and follow the instructions on the dash board. it started. Last year (just out of warranty) we stopped to shop in Lake Charles, La an it would not start again. We got out and called the dealership in Lake Charles because the key fob didn't work and the trunk would not open so we couldn't check the fuses.

They had to call a special truck to haul in in because they couldn't put it in neutral. They called and told us we needed a new module and keys for the car and charged us over $1,000 dollars to fix it, even knowing it had given us problems before. It does not even have 15,000 miles on it. We are in our 70's.

We do not need to be stranded on the road because of heart problems When the gave it back to us, it was using one of the key fobs they replaced, we took it home and when we tried to use the other key fob. it would start the car remotely but would not let us drive it. Then the key fob wouldn't let us start it remotely at all. We took it back and they told us that anything they replaced was not warranted.

It was supposedly a new module, why wouldn't it be covered. They are Billy Navarre Chevrolet a big dealership in Lake Charles, La. Even the fly-by-night used car places warranty work for a little while. We told them we were not paying them any more that we would drive with one key fob.

We picked it up yesterday (March 10, 2022) They had it running and told me that I could take it home. I didn't check it out since it was running. W e got it home and now both key fobs will let us drive the car. but now it will not let us start the car remotely with either key fob.

and now the app we have on our phone will not start remotely.

I don't know what is wrong, and I don't think they know either. Can you help
