Want to know how this has happened so soon?

I have a 2016 Chevy Silverado Z71 4x4,with only 46,500 miles on it. The only ones that has been under the hood is the dealership. And they told me that my cylinders are rallying.,and that I was going to have to replace the lifters. How can this be? Have there been many complaints about this situation?I would like to talk with someone about this? Thanks

Very disappointed

My family has always bought Chevrolet. I bought a new 2017 colorado and already had the heater core go. I am retired living on social security. It is in the shop now and will end up costing $2600, which is a lot of money for me. This really makes me second guess on whether or not any of us should ever buy another Chevy vehicle. If this is the way your vehicles are built maybe my family should consider a competitor.

Disrespectful salesman and G.M.

The salesman left me a derogatory and inappropriate language voicemail. I wanted to buy the vehicle that they had, but after his treatment and the treatment of the General Manager, I wouldn't buy from them. Also, the salesmen doesn't need to treat potential customers the way he did and leave nasty voicemails. I want someone from Chevrolet to call me back. 810287****

Disrespectful salesmen and general manger

I was looking for a new truck, told them what I had for a trade, and the salesmen low balled me on a price. I had the black book price and KBB price. Anyway, I did hang up on him, and he proceeded to call me back and left me a voicemail with derogatory language. I called the General Manager, he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault as much as the salesmen. I need someone to call me. So I can get a proper email to send the voicemail to. This is not how GM should be doing business with customers.

I called Chevy Corporation wanted to ask a question instead I got everybody else to either knew what I wanted to ask or they just were the wrong people it's amazing how Chevy Corporation does not have

I'm trying to get in touch with Chevy Corporation Chevy Corporation wants me to keep buying their vehicles but nobody wants to answer any questions let's see if I buy another vehicle as I badmouth your company all to *** if you care about my business you care about my money you care about your cars calling this number that got me in contact with everybody but someone from Chevy Corporation I can't wait to start bad-mouthing your corporation so nobody ever by your vehicles again when there's a problem there's no one to talk to

Nothing heard!

Wheel info for a 2000 Chevy P12 chassis. EE gad! why this requirement! This is a waste of time. Just get someone to respond to my original message! After contacting Pissed Consumer and then my complaint was forwarded to GM customer service they reached out to me and reconsidered my claim for lost use of my car. Eirc's Chevrolet also called GM on my behalf and told GM they in no way damaged my Corvette. Gm told me...

No reimbursement for warranty work on 2021 Tahoe

The local dealership didnt offer a loaner vehicle and didnt have a contract with a rental company. We were told to go rent a car and we would be reimbursed. I was only permitted to rent a $30 a day vehicle which was very small. After over $2000 out of my pocket, I am still waiting to be reimbursed 3 months later. They say the ticket was lost and it had to be resubmitted. Absolutely NO customer service!!

Yawnnnn...Only a loser pads complaints with irrelevant noise such as health age, disability, or health conditions that have NOTHING to do with the case at hand. Clearly, you haven't been watching the news.

Hiding behind technology. Just answer a customers call

Im not pd I just feel that customers want to be heard . I did talk with a lovely young lady she built me a case and someone is supposed to get back to me within 24 hours. The automated or switch to text or email to explain why youre calling is not helpful for customers who are having a problem with something they bought from you. It feels like once you get a persons money you no longer care how the car is after that . Thank you for listening Jesse

Cracked dash board

I have taken my truck to a different Chevy dealer, who took pictures of the cracked dash and a report and forwarded to GM. I have not heard back yet.

The dashboard in 2013 Chevy Avalanche cracked, it has a 6" crack. The truck has 47k miles and has ways been garage keep. I contacted IG Burton, the local Chevy dealer and was told they can do nothing about it, the vehicle is too old. The dealer would fix it for $1700. What can I do next?

Part backorder

I have a 2020 Buick Encore gx VIN: KL4MMGSL8LB121223 I took it into service Toth Buick GMC iron Ohio on 10-8-2021 for a check engine light on. It has now has been over month and parts (purge pump)are still not in. I understand the supply line problem but I am now driving a car that runs very rough in the mornings and is hesitant at stops and also can not use my remote start. I paid a premium for this feature and it is now winter time in ohio. It is also not fun to drive anymore since the performance is reduced and feels like I am driving a old car but have a payment every month.
