Classic chevy owasso

I recently purchased a car from classic. However had to drive back over there 3 times to sign paperwork. Then when I asked them to take the car back they refused. I am sick of dealing with them. It has been almost thirty days since my purchase and still I do not have a title. My tag expires on sunday and I am really pissed about this company. And the *** they pull to "sell" a vehicle. When you deal with them expect to be lied to and or go back to resign paperwork five or six times. I will not deal with them again nor will I refer anyone to them. Also my downpayment...lets see if they get it! They can get the car back as well as give me back my trade!

Gray Chevrolet Cadillac

Status: Your application has met the minimum requirements and has been accepted for processing by: Gray Chevrolet Cadillac Contact: Jeff Sullivan Phone: (570) 517-**** Stroudsburg Route 611 After being accepted for credit with the company and getting calls and emails from this person, he refused to return calls and emails once a male was involved in the process. Now, I'm a returning customer who have bought a car through this company in the past! I would never do busy with this company again and I would be very weary of a company who refuse to return or fake to be another person once a man was involved in the process.

I'm sorry but you coming on here to bash someone about a complaint of inept service says a lot about you! Either you're a lame troll or must be in bed with this lame company who actually never returned my call after leaving a message! If you can't understand that then I can see why your company sucks!

General Motors - Defective vehicles, defective customer service

On 11 June 2011 after a year long tour in Iraq, my wife and I decided to purchase a vehicle, we bought the 2011 Chevy Camaro Convertible. With all options and equipment the price tag was $61K. On 18 June 2011, We took a trip to the beach and discovered, when it started to rain that the top would not close. I called Chevy to see what the issue was and was told to go to the dealership. I dropped off the car on the 22ne of June 2011 and there was nothing that the dealership could find that was wrong with the car. Chevy was called again and nothing was done. I had problems with the top and called Chevy again on 1 July 2011 and was told to again drop the car off to the dealership. After spending the long weekend away from my car I had a very rude and beligerant customer service rep, Kevin, who informed me that I could not talk to anyone higher and there was no one else to help me with my issue other than him. Over the last week I have called everyday to remind him of my work schedule and when I will be around the phone. NOT ONCE has he called in the time that I told him I am around my phone. I have gone to my dealership and called Chevy Customer Assistance, but neither one knew how to help me complain on Kevin and in on instance forwarded me to Kevin's email to ask for his supervisor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHEVY OR ANY OTHER GENERAL MOTORS CARS TO ANYONE, stop buying their cars and let them fail....again....

I agree that GM customer service is absolutely pathetic. Not once have I heard even "I'm sorry to hear that" after speaking to about 5 different people about my 2012 Cruze that caught fire and nearly burned me to death.

My favorite has been the manager at the dealer that told me GM takes so long to investigate because a lot of people set fire to the car themselves then blame the manufacturer, wink wink.

I think if they ever get my car back I will run over that *** ***.

YOUR RIGHT Government Motors is a FAILURE!!!

Similar issues with my 2012 Camaro only with parking brake issues and multiple oil leaks at less than 4,000 miles.

went to freedom to buy certified used 2008 trailblazer with 2 years left on the waranty plus we bought the extended waranties . ask sales consaltants if the vehicle had ever been wrecked and if the 29,900 milage was accurate, every question was answerd with "this vehicle has passed 117 point certified inspection". we have had the vehicle 13 days now 2 of the days were spent at freedom trying to get the vehicle fixed. the first day was because the rear bumper was comming lose from the vehicle. the second time was because the head light and the front bumper were falling off the vehicle and the front suspention was making noise. after sitting there for 5 hours they gave us a loner. The next day they called us and said that they were not going to fix the headlight or front bumper but that they were replacing the front lower controle arm and if we wanted to take it up with someone call Ray Perez sales manager. when i told him the situation he told me that they were not going to fix it it because our warrinty only covers mechanical parts. i told him that you cant sell someone a car that all the bodypart fall off of it in the first two weeks. he told me that we did not buy a new car but if we brought it back he would sell us a new car. I looked up info about the GM certified 117 point inspection this is what it says:

All GM Certified Used Vehicles must undergo our rigorous 117-Point inspection process. Conducted by GM-trained technicians, each inspection is required to adhere to strict, factory-set standards to ensure that every vehicle's engine, chassis and body is in excellent condition.

we are in the process of suing freedom for fraud. oh yea and we also found out the vehicle has been wercked and now are also woundering about actual milage. Ill still drive chevy but not from freedom of dallas.

Service manager called to chew me out

After speaking with Classic Cherolet service dept in Beaumont TX to ask why 20 miles were put on my vehicle while it was in for service the service manager called me back because he was mad that I questioned why the 20 miles were put on the car. Bitched at me for questioning and suggesting the tech drove it home for lunch. Tech lives almost exactly 20 mile round trip from the shop. Great customer service - call your customer and chew their *** for asking questions. Service manager insisted it was his personal policy for techs to do extended test drives before and after service to cover his *** (his words) from customers like me complaining. I had another vehicle in same shop for very similar issue in the timeframe he claims to have enforced this policy and that vehicle had NO test drive done.

Service departments sucks.

Bought a 2005 Blazer there last year with an extended warranty. Have had to take it in three times for the same problem, thermostat. They don't seem to be able to fix it correctly. They have been terrible about calling to say the car is ready and this last time the "free" car wash they did didn't even look like my car had been washed. When we got the car home we discovered the overflow bottle for antifreeze was empty. This before a long weekend. The only thing they would offer to do is tow the vehicle in,keep it all weekend, then add antifreeze the following week. UNACCEPTABLE. What a waste of money to have gotten that extended warranty. Feels like they are going to just keep dicking around until the warranty expires and never fix the problem.

Your parking lot in sonoma sucks bad

I just got rebuilding a 72 Chevy Truck and i got about 80% of my small parts at your store. Your more then welcome to check my account its under Dave Farr Custom Trim. And then i pull in your parking lot and i thought i was at the junk yard. My truck bottomed out, I bounced off the seat. Come to find out I fell in a 4' x 4' x8" deep hole. As of to day 6/17/11 I'm done shopping at your store in Sonoma calif. or any place else. SONOMA AUTO PARTS is before your store coming from my house any way. Please fix your parking lot so we can do business again. I hope to be hearing from you soon. Thank You very much David Farr

Love Chervolet : Columbia S C

Beware of these crooks: I recently aquired about a used vehicle. We made a deal that really great, so I decided to buy the vehicle and filled out the loan application. I was approved for the loan. I asked for the Car Fax and the sales person informed me that they would get me one and fax it to me. They never did, but said that they would have it when I picked the vehicle up. The nxet day, I went to get the vehicle and asked the sales person where was the Car Fax. The sales person said, I'll be right back. He never returned, be a Sales Manager came up and said that my loan had been denied because I had two other vehicles financed. My Credit Score is 758.

Chevy Dealership Charges inflated prices for parts not needed

Unfortunately one of the many businesses in Mena Arkansas where the customer service personel act as though you have to kiss their $$$ to get waited on. Took truck to this dealership's service department-Accurately diagnosed and quickkly repaired -THIS IS WHERE THE WARM FUZZY ENDS. Over charged on bill for parts( Example- 84.00 for an 11.00 part.) that 1) Did not need to be replaced 2) Had just been replaced prior to bringing truck in 3) Were replaced WITHOUT my prior approval.NOTE-There IS NO REPAIR PAPERWORK FILLED OUT AT THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT WHEN AUTOS ARE DROPPED OFF. Went to cashier only to be met with " I dont know why you are telling me about this I cant do anything" OWNER OF DEALERSHIP Bob Carver was setting in front of cashier when this was said. When I approached the owner his response was indifferent and apathetic. Went into customer service area and was met with a couple of inapropriate magazines in the rack-One featured scantily clad women, featuring and article on the front " Sex Academy" Not only was I refused a refund for the over charge but the service manager had the audacity to argue with me and tell me that " It was not great loss to him If I did not return for service" Is this the type of establishment that you want to reward with your business? One that has to cheat customers to make an extra buck and one that displays overt hostility towards female customers? What this dealership and it's employees fail to realize is that IT IS CUSTOMERS THAT HELP PAY THEIR SALARY AND KEEP THEIR DOORS OPEN.*** SHAME THAT THE OWNER ACTS LIKE THIS....PRETTY FRIGGIN PATHETIC.. Keep driving and take your business and hard earned dollars elswhere-DONT REWARD BAD BUSINESS WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

ok, first off i would like to say the personal attacks on gm are not really called for. so you had a problem with it, well its mechanical.....it will eventually break!

all you had to do is go to a REAL gm dealer and let them look at it. your car has a 5 year 100k warranty! guess what? fuel pumps are covered.

i am not bashing anyone here, but i dont care what kind of car you drive there are gonna be problems, just take it to the right person to be fixed. that repair should have not cost you a dime.

#272542

Google Toyota rust problem, Toys are no better. Maybe 80s and 90s but recent Toys are junk. Not to mention uncontrolled acceleration..

#267150

"MY MECHANIC said the light with a car & lock want go off"

Huh?

#266918

Yep, GM is good for selling ***. Thats why Detroit Auto industry is DONE.

FINISHED.GOODBYE. Buy Toyota or Subaru.

Other then these two, your just asking for trouble. I have two GMC's and will be my last "america made" ***...

gm dealer had suv for 2 days charged 625 dollars and to us to pick it up because they could not fix it i will not buy a chevy from here again since they can not fix a problem. Reed-LALLIER IS NOT MUCH OF A DEALERSHIP. I have a 2005 trailblazer with some kind of short in it took it in to REEDS to be fix and after 2 days they said they gave up and could not fix it. What kind of dealership can not fix the product they make and still keeps all the money they charged even though they could not fix it

Fraudulent return of deposit for car after deal fell through

Never ever buy a car from Chevrolet Buick of Quincy in Quincy Florida.. I put down a $500 deposit on a car I found on the internet that was at another dealership this company is part of, for them to have it transported up to me...they checked, car was available so they said they would have it here in a few days..a week later I had not heard from them so I called them.. they said car had been sold out from under me..I said ok I will be there tomorrow to pick up the ck i gave u for deposit..they said ok.....I get there the next day and am told they deposited my ck yesterday..which hit me wrong to start with...why deposit ck after deal had fell through..anyway i was told i would have to wait for ck to clear or stop payment on ck to get my money back ..so i waited and waited..after 2 wks i decided to stop payment..then a wk later i get my ck in the mail..it had never been deposited..they lied to me and kept my ck for no reason..deal was over..all they had to do was give me my ck back.. but they chose to fraud and decieve me ..it cost me 25$ for no reason to stop payment on that ck..this is the most dishonest dealership ive ever seen.. filed a complaint with the BBB they lied to them too..said they would give me my money back.. they never have though.. just lied..

Incorrect oil capacity being put in by dealerships.

2008 Chevrolet Equinox: Why do the dealers put 5 Quarts of oil in when the owners manual say 4 quarts for my engine (small V-6)? See owners manual link below & refer to page 5-107. It also says the engine can be damaged by putting too much oil in (over the hash marks on the dipstick.) on page 5-16. I contacted the Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center with the above facts. The answer I got was that the dealership has more correct specifications than the owners manual. I guess that's why they charge a lot more for their oil changes!

Contact corporate, alot of *** , undereducated dealers. Engine replacement is the only fix.

Oil consumption is a waste of time and false pretenses.

Did this twice and fought the rest of the way until one excellent dealer offered to replace motor without even dealing with oil consumption testing. He took one oil check and said, "I already can tell the oil is low and inadequate."

RayChevrolet Lies

RayChevrolet Lies
Ray Chevrolet lied to me and has treated me very badly. The customer service has done nothing but lie to me over and over again. I purchased a car from them 18 months ago with my sister signing for the car. They told me that I would make the payments and keep records. They stated after 18 months I could come back and they would remove my sister and have the car put in to my name without my sister. I came back after 18 months and they stated they could do nothing and that I had to wait a few more months. I then came back again after 24 months of making on time payments and they still did nothing for me. My last attempt was two months ago, they wanted at least $5,000 dollars down from me to do any deal. RAY CHEVROLET LIES...

Extended warranty a rip-off

We have had are car a Chevy HHR in to have the breaks fixed 3 time and each time they used the warranty that we paid for when we bought the car. Now they say it is not covered under the warranty. So why all of the sudden is it not covered. Even if it was not covered they did the work three times all ready so they should honor there work and fix the problem they did not fix the first three times. To me what good is a warranty that doesn't fix the most important parts of the car. This company gets you to buy their product and then lies to you. I know that i am stuck with this car and a warranty that is not worth a whole lot. But I would not buy another car from them again. Their service department and management suck. To me they should honor what they started in the first place. All they did was put a bandage on the problem instead of fixing it the first time. Well I hope you read this and maybe you won't have to go through what we have had to go through with this company. Joanne Conklin a very dissatisfied customer
