Expired Registration

I purchased a 2018 Chevy Tahoe from Bennett Chevrolet in egg Harbor Township New Jersey.My tmporary registration has expired and the dealership will not return my phone calls or answer my emails towards a permanent registration . I have contacted GMC financial and they noted my complaint but informed me that my payment is due as schedule. I’m not going to break the law and drive this vehicle, but I’m extremely upset with the dealership and the fraudulent practice of not provide legal registration for a purchased vehicle. I feel this is breach of contract because I still need to make payment cording to GMC financial regardless of my inability to To obtain legal registration. Effective 9/29 2018 my Tahoe is without Insurance and I may have to pay a premium to reinsure a unregistered vehicle the state of Delaware.

Go to the DMV and register it. The dealership is only responsible for temp tags.

Have had the same issue along with many more. Tried to use the lemon law to no avail. Have given up and having to just live with a $60,000 mistake I will not ever make again.

Would Not Buy Again

I own a 2016 Chevy Colorado diesel. As so far it has been at Chevy repair shop for over 75 days, off and on. At one point in time it was at the Chevy dealership for 38 days straight, mostly waiting for the part to come in from the warehouse. I have taken the truck back to the dealership to fix the same problem at least five times. The biggest issue I am having with the truck is with the exhaust fluid system and the powertrain. They cause the exhaust fluid light and the check engine light to come on. Which causes the miles to count down before the engine shuts off, which means I cannot rely on the vehicle. I drive about 200 miles a day, I got the diesel version of this truck because of that. But I have had so many issues with the mid- size diesel truck and the exhaust fluid that I am ready to give it up.

I have a 2015 Colorado with the 3.6L V6 and it still gets pretty decent gas mileage. I put in a K&N air filter and have a catback exhaust and it runs way better than stock and shifts better too. The only problem I ever had with it was the Evap canister solenoid valve was stuck open at different times and had it fixed pretty quickly.

My 2 month old 2017 LT Silverado Truck has the head liner coming apart at the rear window and the cabin has a constant rattle noise. Some noise can be expected, but this nose you can hear is much loader than any truck Ive owned. Not much luck at the dealership for help - Ive made only 2 payments on this truck and I feel like its coming a part. Never have I had so many issues with a brand new car - this is my first Chev and LAST! I have no idea whom to contact about this and the dealership is not willing to help out in any way. Unprofessional,Worst ever, Horible, Just plain sucked!!!

Went to buy a new Camaro and had everything worked out over the phone over 2 days speaking with Castle Chevrolet to be there and pick up the car specific time and day as it is a 2.5 hr drive from my home in Indiana. When we got there I went straight over to look the vehicle over and it had tree sap all over the hood and top of fenders at least 20 different spots and there was no way in *** it was cleaned at all it was filthy. I stated to salesman why is my car sitting here filthy that we had spoke several times on phone and he assured me that it would be all ready and detailed. So now he says oh they forgot the porter forgot , yeah well, he sure didn't make sure it was all ready like he said he would. They took the car back to detail it while we set there for an hour. Then here comes the salesman . we have a problem he says, The spots wont come off but you can take it to the body shop and have it wet sanded. LOLOLOLO What A JOKE!!!! Castle Chevy in Il. you suck!! PLease buy our new cars that require body shop sanding !!!LOLOLOL

I just had a load of water in my spare tire area. By the way no hurricanes by me.

Disappointed

9/7/17 I took my 2016 Malibu Premier to a local dealership for a shift to park problem. They had to order the part & I returned on 9/9. I received a phone call that the shifter cable broken upon installation of the new shifter and that the part was unavailable and nowhere to be found. I received another phone call on Monday that they were still unsuccessful. On 9/13 the dealership called and said this part was in route to the dealership and I should have my car by the end of the week. 9/15 another phone call that it wasn't on the way to the dealership. It was on its way to Detroit and they didn't know when they would get the part or when I would get my car back but suggested that I call back on 9/22 TWO WEEKS LATER!! In the meantime I am without my car and paying 340$ a month to GMfinancial for a vehicle I do not have or know when/if I will get back. This is completely unacceptable GM and I am not so sorry to say that you have lost a 10 year, 3 vehicles later- customer.
