I contacted the Chevrolet company about a fob I had lost. I worked with a young man named Daniel and about over a week time he offer to help me buy sending me a $ 100.00 voucher to use towards a new one. The reason this is so nice is that I am the one who lost the fob and they could of say they were not going to help. I believe this shows why my family continue to pay cars from this company. They really do care. Like Thanks Chevrolet and Daniel!!!!Clapping

User's recommendation: Try to deal with companies that care and show they are not to big to help when you have an issue.

My claim

My name is Cindy Tondee and I am contacting you about an issue that I see is unfair on my behalf. In August of 2019 I brought my black Chevrolet Cruze made in 2013 into the Autonation Chevrolet located In Orlando, Florida. I brought it in because my car was overheating and not holding coolant. I was charged roughly around 500 dollars for the mechanics to fix the issue. Later down the line I went in for an engine diagnostic at my local Pep Boys. I was simply told that my vehicle was still leaking and not holding coolant, so before i went with Pep boys to fix it i called the dealership that I stated earlier in the email to see if they could fix the issue since it was something they supposedly sixed back in August of 2019. I was told by an advisor that i was under the warranty as long as it was the same issue, which it is. I took my car back to the dealership and i was contacted back by John Mayor stating that i would have to pay roughly 900 dollars for me to be able to get it fixed. What i do not understand is that if I was told that if it was the same thing it would be under the warranty. Which it was, why am i being charged for them to fix something they should have properly fixed the first time. I came to a conclusion that i should not have to pay 900 dollars for the same thing that is happening. Trying to replace a loss Fob

Good morning! We have been royal customers for years you can check with Merit Chevrolet and Jeff's Belzer Chevrolet. We are trying to ask for a one time replacement for a lost Fob. We talked to Jeff's Belzer Chevrolet and were told it would cost close to $300.00 dollars. We are asking this one time to get a free replacement. We don't think this is unreasonable and think everyone should get one free Fob per customer and even think it should be covered in the warranty. Please we are only asking for a one time replacement. We have no why of tracking it and our Granddaughter could have put it anywhere. We hope you have a heart and will give us this one time deal. God Bless and stay healthy!!

Accessory Front floor mats do not fit properly for a "laser fit" product. Driver side on the left the mat puckers and doesn't fit up against the riser.

Do your investigation on any recalls, because the dealership will not tell you until you sign/buy the truck.

If you want the ultimate pick up truck that will last for 300,000 miles without a problem then get yourself a Toyota Tundra. These trucks are BUILT!

I've had personal experience with many truck brands, and Toyota trucks are the longest lasting, best built, and are a far better dollar value than anything the domestic truck makers build. I once owned a 2000 Toyota T-100 full size pickup that had 700,000 miles on it before I retired that workhorse. That's right, 700,000 miles! And the truck still ran good on its original motor!

There's no way any GM, Ford or RAM truck could accomplish that feat in lasting such a long life. I currently drive a 2016 Tundra which is a dream:) I even get an occasional "thumbs up" from other drivers when I'm in my Tundra.

2016 Chevy Trax. The catalytic convertor not even 3 years old goes bad. They do replace it because by state law it is under warranty. While replacing a rotted flex pipe is broken. Why does a 3 year old car have a rotted pipe. Where is this steel from????? Anyway this is not chevy's problem now it is mine. They refuse to replace the pipe they broke putting in converter. So I am suppose to go to a muffler shop and handle MY problem. Customer Service Where.? What are these cars made with?
