Failed parts

In my new C8 convertible the valve spring cracked and fell into the cylinder and the engine had to be dropped after 92 miles. When I couldnt get in touch with anyone at GM I emailed The CEO Mary Barra and had a response with 1 hour from the executive resolution team. I am in the process of working things out with them

Trying to figure how to resolve a simple fix but now I have a truck that ran without any oil due to the oil line blowing off while driving. Had to be towed. Cab had smoke in it. Oil everywhere. Sounds like a known problem as many people have pointed out.

Poor quality

I bought a 2020 Silverado 6 weeks ago with a sticker price of 56k. The truck has been in the shop for a month, due to the infotainment system and OnStar system is fried. I was informed today they the parts cannot be obtained and there is no timetable to get my truck back. Chevy owners support is absolutely no help. They call every 2 days to say nothing. Worst decision I have ever made.

I HAVE 2020 SILVERADO THAT THE SATALITE RADIO WONT COME ON FOR UP TO 2 HOURS AND IT UNPAIRS WITH MY PHONE 2 TO 3 TIMES A WEEK . DEALER SAID IT WAS A GM PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE NO FIX FOR IT. BEEN TO THE DEALER 4 TIMES WITH NO FIX COMING

Parts that wasn't covered by a warranty

I purchased a 2018 Chevy Malibu in Feb 2020. Now the shift to park is getting stuck and I have to play around with it to turn the car off. I have a warranty through Silver Rock. I took the car to have it looked at. Needless to say it wasn't covered by the warranty. I feel that this particular issue should be covered due to its seems like some kind of electrical issue. I was told that this part cost 463.00 to fix the car. I have only had the car for 6 months. I wanted to express my feelings toward this issue and hope that someone can cover this issue.

Deceitful deal

Chevrolet has not helped or assisted me at all in dealing with my lemon. Unfortunately I will never purchase again.

Complaint of dealership service and sales

on August 4 i brought my car into service at Manfredi chevy on staten island i purchased the my cruze there for an airbag issue i felt i was given the run around from Mike the service associate then by the service mgr Anthony i was told that the job was time consuming and that the harness in the celling would have to be replaced i left the car for 2 days the parts never came in thats ok i was called on wed morning that he didnt know when the parts would come in and if i wanted they would put the roof back and i he would call be when to pick the car up that day it came to 4 pm closing time for service and never heard from Mike i had to call and find him when i picked up the car i noticed the celling liner was stained it looks like water damage occurred from being outside during the recent storm this was on wed Mike told me he would call when parts came in on friday i stop in to see the status of the parts still nothing i felt he should have given a call to keep me informed still not repaired Then on sat August 8 i stopped in with my bother in law to see Bill Mcdermott my salesman and my bother inlaws sales rep for a new vehicle the sales rep is great a pro pro a great asset to your company after a little going back and forth with the sales mgr tony we couldnt work out a deal and that fine but the sales mgr was arrogant and told by brother and law and i he didnt care about losing a customer well he did myself and i will never go there for a purchased again the only reason for me to have interaction with the dealership is i want the airbag issue resolved also i tried to contact the general mgr and owner about my issue for service and got no response i am a loyal gm customer ging back to oldsmobile and pontiac

When I called I don't call tried to ask the person what's going to happen to my speedometer after Million Miles because I have already over 910,000 MILES she didn't believe me she keep telling me is something wrong with my truck.I wouldn't believe it because she even don't believe in her own product!!!

2 key fob

I bought a car from a Cheverolet and the were suppose to gived me 2 fob keys i got one they said they would send me the other one i have had the car for 40 days still no key fob looks like I'm getting the run around

Important matter

From the day I drove my chevy traverse off of the lot I could tell that I was not going to like it. My salesmen said that even though I gave him $2500.00 down on a vehicle. It wasn't enough to put me into a truck that I wanted because my credit score was 545 at the time, and that's the other thing. Now that I look over my paperwork. I have him $2500.00, but it only shows that I have him $2000.00. I guess that's why he doesn't work at Freedom chevy buick gmc anymore. The second day I was driving the vehicle on the frwy doing 70 miles and then the vehicle just shut off on us. I had to put on my hazard lights and make it over to the emergency lane. I spent the next two weeks in a rental. When I got my vehicle back, after about a week, it was the same thing. The lights on the dash went all over the place and then it shut down. Back in a rental I went. After about a month and a half of rentals then I get my vehicle back. It is hard to get up speed while getting on the frwy. One day I was pulling out of my driveway and I stopped to put my seat belt on while the vehicle was in drive. I took my foot off of the brakes and the vehicle kept rolling back and almost hit the house. I had to slam on the brakes. Then the same thing happen at a stop light on a hill, I took my foot off of the brakes long enough to put them on the gas but because of the slope, I had to have one foot on the gas and one foot in the brakes..... this don't make any sense. I didn't buy this kind of car to act like I was driving a stick shift. I just had to replace the power steering pump. Now here we are. I am driving down the street and your telling me that when some *** decides to slam on his brakes, I slam on my brakes but my vehicle don't stop like it supposed to. Instead it slides into the vehicle in front of me, pushing it under the light. My daughter hurts her arm, I hit my head on the steering wheel because the air bags didn't deploy, both of my knees are killing me. It's hard for me to bend down, let alone get down on the ground and get back up. And you are telling me that the most that you are seeking to do is to pay my $1000.00 Co pay.... are you****?,****** kidding me right now....... You have printed out more articles talking about how that chevy traverse is the worst vehicle that you all made and you all would that care of my $1000.00 ****(*co-pay.***.I could barley stand up but$don't worry about your$1000.00 co pay even though I don't have a vehicle because your salesman screwed me by taking out the gap policy so I still have to pay $6000.00 before I could get another vehicle but hey.... don't worry, we got you on you deductible...
