I order my vehicle which is a redline traverse February 14. 2022.
My vehicle shipped to the dealership on April 8, 2022. I was very nervous that my vehicle was built so quickly and was ready for pickup so soon. The first issue I noticed after three weeks was some noise coming from the motor when the vehicle is running. The second issue, once the vehicle is turned off from running you can here and feel parts adjust underneath the vehicle and sounds like the vents are adjusting as well.
Also, when the stop and start feature is activated at a stop, you hear a noise when it kicks on. Over the holiday, I went to vacuum my vehicle out. Upon doing so, I noticed the carpet was not completely ran throughout my vehicle. I had my vehicle in reverse and noticed I do not have the beep alert on my vehicle when backing my vehicle up.
Lord only knows what else I haven't discovered at this point. This is a product that Chevrolet is selling to people that cost over 50 000.

I am Monica Gopysingh informing .In 2019, I bought a Chevrolet Traverse SUV year 2014 from Fred Bean dealer in Easton Pennsylvania. The SUV Chevrolet started to break down in the middle of the street and the engine light goes on.I took the suv to many auto repair shop 2 of the dealers repair shop were Chevrolet dealers Florida your dealership says its the battery I told him my battery is good he insisted its the battery he changed the battery with a new one ,I show him the engine light is still on ,he says it will go off .the engine light did go off.The other Chevrolet dealer in Phillipsburg Rossi Chevrolet They wanted thousands of dollars, and they can't guarantee I took my SUV to many repair shops.
I couldn't work for years because my car was unable to work. I lost my company/job. I couldn't pay my bills.My bills got large and large because I couldn't pay my bills I always pay my bills in time. But this time I couldn't pay my bills.
I lived presently on my SSI. I am taking it to another repair shop.
There is many more things happened I need your help.I am mentally and physically ill I am a single senior citizen I used my suv for my medical health shopping etc. Thank you.

After explaining the part is unavailable to the representative of GM, she repeatedly said I need to take my vehicle to a dealer or GM wont do anything. If there thousands of people with the same problem, why would I pay to tow the vehicle to sit further unaccounted for?
And why would I be told unless I do this GM wont do anything? Seems wise there is a class action lawsuit against GM considering they have known about the issue.
All that needs to be done is buy back the vehicles and GM will have plenty of used vehicles to sale. GM will make their money back since there are shortages of vehicles in the market.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They just gave an apology but then another issue began with my SUV not starting because there where no cells in the battery!
I had to take my car back to the dealership 2X before they replaced the battery.
I was really upset because on one occasion I had to call roadside assistance but then it started. Just overall unhappy because these things should not be happening!!.

Service at Davis Care Houston Tx
User's recommendation: Don’t use this dealership I know I’ll never go back three hours for a schedule oil change. I’ll go to a local mechanic going forward. The service manager had ever changed to come and speak with me don’t happen. When I replace the troIll go back to Ford I’ve never had issues with them you’ve lost my trust.

Hi I just received my 2023 equinox, I ordered it 3 months ago, I wanted auto tail gate, remote start, blind side assist mirrors, and AWD. So I was ordered a Equinox LT.
with the confidence and convenience package wish was suppose to have all the above, now I received my car and was told GM is no longer putting on the blind side assist for unknown reasons, so I would like to know why? I really did not have a great experience with my car, my monthly payment went up $100 a month from what I was quoted and didnt get all options I order because for unknown reasons GM decided not to put it on, I understand the price hike is the economy but I would appreciate if someone could explain why I didnt get my options ordered!

On October 27,2022 I took my 2019 Chevrolet Equinox with about a little over 22,000 miles to have it serviced with a engine light on dash stating emissions issues ,I left the vehicle with Sunrise Chevrolet dealership on November 9,2022 til after at about December 05,2022 when having the car sit in the dealership for the THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY I showed up and picked up my car after my calls werent returned or answered would go straight to mailbox which was unavailable because it would be full.
Personally I have been treated worst then a criminal for wanting the service I paid for when purchasing my vehicle to say Ive been disrespected is putting it mildly. After speaking to your representative Im feeling a little better but until this is resolved my feelings about the dealership and the service department is not good

Sanborn refuses to call I lost wages being I had to deal with leaving work early to pick up registered letter just to be told to disregard it.
Well today 8-19-2022 I get a registered letter from dealership stating I have 24 hours to return car to dealership as loan was not secured. I immediately pick up the phone call San Salesman explaining the letter he puts me on hold talks to manager. Manager tells him to tell me to disregard letter after am already pissed as a lender picked up the loan again I have an 840 credit score shouldnt have taken this long to secure loan San the salesman called me on Thursday 8-18-2022 to come in and sign off on my 172 point vehicle I arrive at 5 pm same day as phone call San had me sign off on paperwork he then takes paperwork to his boss boss signs off I shake hands with San and leave.
San or Manager did not mention one time that a certified letter was coming. Stating I had to have SUV returned to dealership within 24 hours of receipt of letter want Sanborn held accountable for there *** business deals.

I have a 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche. It was sold to me through a reputable dealership in Washington.
I had to take my truck in to have it worked on and they were having problems with it. They got in touch with Chevrolet and after reading the VIN number they said they could not help them because the vehicle, at one time, was totaled. As long as I have had this truck it has never been in an accident. Nothing was said to me that this vehicle was flagged from being in an accident.
Can you help me trace this truck to the dealership that sold it to me? Or am I just SOL!!
Or at least can you refer me to someone who can. Thank you.
