Multi recalls and continued problems unresolved

We own multiple Chevrolet vehicles, and have had literally dozens of them over the years. Our 2021 Tahoe high country has been nothing but problems and continues recalls. The power running boards work intermittently and dealers can't correct this problem. My wife who drives this vehicle has about had it with the car. It has 13000 miles on it, and she wants me to trade it despite loving the car if it were a typical Chevrolet we've enjoyed year after year. Bottom line is, we're looking long and hard at the ford line. This is just wrong to spend $80,000 on a vehicle and have these problems. My

2008 Chevy equinox Keeps Overheating after many things were changed as so Many other people are Going they the same thing I would Thi I Chevy would Have reached out now Thinking about changing the engine although several people Did this and the car still Overheated. Absolutely, when I dropped it off they said they will look at it the next week. Here it is 2 weeks even after that and my truck is still in front of the dealership, not even looked at and i can not get a tental because i dont have a diagnosis. Beyond pissed and done with Chevy.

Having problem getting our new truck that already did paper Wirk

Bought new truck did all paper work getting ready to take home they said had to wait 1 to 2 days said a part was messing . My husband called on what the delay they said this time it was messing some sticker and still waiting to get our truck . Monday will be 2 weeks. No one has up dated what going on . Bad service . They could at lease let know what happening

Changed thermostat Radiator Water pump About To Change engine but car still overheats. Please help!!! Dont know what steps To Take next. You should do A recall on all these car.

Resolved: 2018 creak at rear of vehicle Cruz

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. GMC Chevrolet agreed to pay for the recommend fix to the rear axle as per their service bulletin.

No more creak or tapping sound. Thank you.

2016-**** Chevy Cruz noise at rear axle the cost to repair is $500 plus, why should customer have to pay for repair due to poor engineering of vehicle. GM Bulletin: 16-NA-316 admitting cause. Question: why should customers have to pay for repair on preexisting conditions on vehicles. Please direct me to the right contact. I took my 2013 Chev Malibu to *** chevrolet due to my service stabilitrak light being on. This would be the 3rd or 4th time Senon part have been replaced (free). But this new dealership is charing me $185 to find the problem, $790 for parts/labor. My car is still at the shop parts will take two days to get. I am without a car from June 29 thru July 1. I am told my vehicle is too old and do not qualify for me getting a loaned. I believe I am being overcharged for this service.

User's recommendation: Customers beware, prices are inflated and time will be wasted (waiting for your car repaired).

Customer complaint

I called July 1, 2021 and made an appointment to bring my car in and fix the problems . Car cutting off. I arrived 7:30a.m. on July 2, 2021, checked my car in and was told I would a call before 12 noon letting me know the issue and the cost. When 12 noon came, no call, I called the business back at 12:30p.m. and my advisor wasn't available. Went to Ourisman to pick up car and the key was lost. Help! PITIFUL SERVICE

Disappointed

Good morning, I just wanted to supply some feed back on my service. I am a huge fan of Chevys I have purchased 5 vehicles with in the past 10 years and have sent multiple friends and family your way as well. I purchased a 2020 Chevy Malibu in October if 2020 in March I had some transmission issues in which my vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks great customer service this time I was updated regularly. Again about 2 weeks after receiving my vehicle, transmission issues so since May 6th (and still in there). I never received any follow-up calls until June 30th telling me my new transmission is there and will be installed within the next couple of days and that I needed to come in and swap out my rental. I feel that I had only been called because they wanted the rental I had to be swapped out! Furthermore, I am a little frustrated, one that I bought a new vehicle and are having these kinds of issues and two the service I have received this time around. I just wanted to inform you of my service this time around! And would like to add that my experience prior has been great!

I did not appreciate that I go they to get my Car service and I could not get a loaner car but the said they didnt have any but then they want to rent me a car for 46 dollars a day

I recently purchased the GM accessory.camera, part number 8494****. I installed it on my trailer and 2021.silverado 3500 HD i turned pulling the coax apart at the connector that plugs into the bumper of the truck. I have been unable to find the repair connector. This is a $400 camera accessory and i don't want to buy the complete camera when I need just a replacement connector. Complaint about factory paint defect.

We took our SUV to All star Chevy in Baton Rouge, LA to have the paint looked at for defects, we were told it was rock chips all around the car even on the roof. I understand there will be rock chips, but should in just over a year have that many and paint coming off easy like the outer layer was not put on properly. We have a 2020 red Line and it cost a good bit to have to go around with our paint coming off everywhere. I would like another look by someone of higher position. We are very disappointed in the handling of this matter. We have been faithful customer to Chevy and this treatment is of very low standard. If we cant get a resolution we will seek help though a lawyer. I hate to have to go that far, but it's coming down to no other option. I would like to be contacted about this matter ASAP.
