While getting my vehicle repaired Eric at Woodfield Chevy service failed to give a time for vehicle rental, said take your time & when I arrived it was too late. He said he told me 6pm (even though he did not) & said that Enterprise rental had already closed. Later speaking with the manager I was insistant that I needed a car to get to work the next day, but wasn't rude. The manager questioned how far I drove to work, said I can't give you a car & walked away. I felt so vulnerable with no means of defense. 2008 1294eb4
