I have Chevrolet car "OPTRA" model 2007

I bought the mentioned car in 2007 from second hand and was in effect under warranty
I would like to highlight that this accident was due to tire punctured causing (car uncontrollable) direct hit with other car and further front side of the car damaging two palm trees, then rolled over into the sand.
The car body got fully damaged from all the sides (front, over, back, right and left).
I have sent a complaint to the Chevrolet Company in Qatar which has responded that it is normal as the car was not hit from the front according to their estimation. BUT the structure of the damaged car and pictures testify to the contrary.
I certify that before this accident on the said car did not get any damage or harm to the Air Bags and in case of any defect the company Chevrolet is the only authority capable of repairing damaged air bags
I request you to approach a Chevrolet Company in Qatar to inquire about the defect of the Air Bags, which almost claimed the lives of people who were on board of the vehicle.
Finally, I requested sooner investigation to find out the root cause of the AIR BAGS
failure (photos attached) in order take immediate action for the others
cars which may have same AIR BAGS failure.
